02 / HOW TO MAKE IT

Let's cook.

01

Preheat Oven and Mix Sauce

Start by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it’s warming up, mix the mayonnaise with the diced chipotle pepper in a small bowl until it’s well combined and creamy.

02

Prepare and Bake

Place the pork cutlets on one baking sheet and the naan bread on another. Lightly sprinkle some water over the naan to keep it from drying out. Pop both trays into the oven.

03

Melt Cheese and Warm Naan

Let the pork warm up for about 5 minutes, then put a slice of cheese on each cutlet and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts and everything is heated through. At the same time, let the naan warm until it’s soft and pliable, which should take around 5 minutes as well.

04

Assemble the Naan Wraps

Once everything’s out of the oven, spread a generous layer of the chipotle mayo over each naan. Add a pork cutlet on top, then pile on some shredded lettuce and green onions. Finally, fold the sides of the naan over the filling and enjoy!

Good to know.

Cook's tip

- Marinate the pork for at least 30 minutes to enhance the smoky chipotle flavor.
- Warm the naan slightly before assembling to make it soft and easier to fold.
- Use fresh toppings like cilantro or sliced onions to add a fresh contrast to the rich pork.

Why you’ll love it

This sandwich combines smoky, spicy pork with soft, warm naan for a perfect balance of flavors and textures. It’s quick to make and packs a punch with every bite, making it a great choice for a satisfying meal any day of the week.

Serving ideas

Serve with a side of crisp salad or pickled vegetables to add brightness to the meal. A dollop of cooling yogurt or sour cream can also help balance the spiciness.

Storage & leftovers

Store leftover pork in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the naan separate and reheat both gently before assembling to maintain their best texture.
